|Recommended: YesDo you have a compact car - — Narrow parking spaces if you drive a full-size pickup truck or even a mini-van. Friendly office staff. Available maintenance staff. Quiet neighborhood complex. Hearing the train several times a day gives it a nostalgic feel.

|Recommended: YesAbsolutely Wonderful — Sequoia Grove Apartments is one of the best complexes I have seen. The management is communicative, friendly, understanding, and takes initiative to solve problems. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. When we moved into our apartment, it was clean, bright, smelled nice, and and felt welcoming. All of our guests have appreciated the layout and design of our space. My husband and I call our apartment a little paradise. I feel very lucky to be a tenant at Sequoia Grove Apartments.

|Recommended: YesGreat location, nice amenities, well kept — It's in a great location in Canby, near great restaurants, shops, and our Vet. Love the secure gated community
Maintenance staff is awesome, they do a great job following up quickly and keeping the grounds really clean. The common areas are so well kept up. Management staff does a great job too. Manager is super approachable, nice and friendly yet firm when she needs to be.
Nice gym, pool and hot tub with hot tub open year around. Really nice
There's issues with some tenants breaking the rules constantly with no evictions, but this is thanks to Oregon's Governor and Covid moratoriums of no evictions so management's hands are tied.
Sound proofing from above not great but what can you do

|Recommended: YesSandy is amazing — Sandy goes above and beyond on just about everything. We’ve lived here a couple months and her and the staff team have already had two bbq days. I’ve NEVER, heard or seen any management do so much. I call the office and she picks up the phone with the best mood every single time. I let her know what I need and she gets right to it. If she can’t, she lets you know when, what, where with as much details as possible. She doesn’t just leave you waiting clueless like most ppl. Maintenance is super quick. There’s enough parking for everyone which can sometimes be a big issue but not here. The whole property is gated which makes you feel extra safe. Now the apartments themselves, they’re beautiful. Very modern look and VERY spacious compared to most. You just get more for your buck in general. Omg and they have AC

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments — Office and maintenance staff are timely and friendly, area is clean. Amenities are nice. Neighbors are friendly enough. Can hear neighbors when they stomp around if they live above you or stomp up the stairs, but this is likely the same wherever you go. Overall I’d recommend living here.
