|Recommended: YesComplex and apartment review after being her for 8 months. — It is a peaceful complex in general. some walls don't provide much sound barrier The maintenance is very prompt and personable. The grounds are very nice and the landscape company does a great job. The apartment design is very good, great use of space, lots of light, nice deck, and tons of storage. The appliances and kitchen finishes are somewhat lower quality. On move-in, my apartment was very clean and the manager was responsive to my concerns. The carpet was clean, but it is in pretty rough shape. Although I was told it would be brand new The management staff has gone thru a number of changes and has seemed understaffed periodically, but for long periods. Communications could be more timely and informative. All of the staff is very nice.

|Recommended: YesUpdated Review After 6 Months — I've been living here six months now and would like to reiterate my initial positive review. My time here has been trouble free, the residents and staff are friendly, the pets are properly managed, and any minor issues that did arise were dealt with promptly and effectively.
Highly recommend this as a homestead.

|Recommended: YesOur favorite new home — We moved in about a month ago, and so far it has been perfect for us. I'll start with the parking situation, since that was my biggest concern
There's no shortage of open parking. You have to move your vehicle after 3 days if you're parked in an uncovered spot. We have 2 vehicles and our carport is right outside our bedroom window, which is awesome We never have issues finding parking for our other vehicle or for guests that we invite over. There's always and I do mean always uncovered spots within view of our front door.
I will say that the only caveat to this near-perfect apartment is this we live on the first floor, and we can hear the toilets above us flushing, but we quickly got used to that sound. We can't hear our upstairs or next-door neighbors at all. It's peaceful Sometimes we can hear our neighbors on the stairs that go right above our front door, and we can hear the occasional moving of furniture, but overall we have very respectful upstairs neighbors The noise has never bothered us or woken us up.
The STAFF alone 15 10 stars. They are fabulous. We had a hiccup when we applied where the person who was doing our application left, so our account was taken over by Melania. She was FANTASTIC at picking up right where our last leasing agent left it, and her communication was great in making sure that all of our questions were answered.
We love the gated community, and it's easy to use the gate box the only downside is that the scanner to get in is high up and far back. The first week here, I scuffed my tires on the curb trying to get into the lot--it was a learning curve My partner drives a Mustang, and he almost has to get out of his car to scan the fob. I drive a Jeep and I'm leaning halfway out the window. HOWEVER, this place is worth the slight inconvenience at the front gate, 100 . We have been here for one month and we're already discussing renewing our lease next year

|Recommended: YesNice place to live — Sequoia Grove is a nice place to call home in Canby in a very convenient location. The buildings and grounds could be kept cleaner but staffing is a bit short it seems. The pool hot tub, fitness room and clubhouse are well maintained and are very nice amenities. The on-site staff is very nice, professional and accommodating. Flooring between units the construction is thin so one can hear steps and other noises from above very clearly apartment living . The addition of a fenced in dog area and a playground or play structure for the children would be nice.
