Sequoia Grove offers ADA apartment homes, please contact our team for current availability. We do not have an elevator onsite, however our community amenities are all accessible at ground level.

Each apartment is cable-ready. Residents are responsible for all other utilities, including electricity, water, internet, and any additional services they choose to set up.

At Sequoia Grove, residents will be invited to join our online resident portal where they can stay up to date with news among the community, request maintenance, and  securely pay rent.

Yes. Our onsite team is available during office hours to assist with leasing, resident services, and maintenance requests. We also provide 24-hour emergency maintenance for added peace of mind.
