|Recommended: YesNot a bad place to move to. — The neighbors are super friendly. Staff members seem to come and go but every person I’ve met is super nice and professional. My only complaint is if you have a truck good luck finding decent parking because majority of parking spaces are compact and even the “regular sized” spots are quite small for a full sized truck. Had to sell mine and bought a car just so I wouldn’t have to worry about dinging my door into someone’s car. Overall my experience here isn’t much to complain about. I’m satisfied with the area, neighbors and cleanliness of the property.

|Recommended: YesWould recommend — For apartment living it is great. The neighbors are kind, and staff is wonderful. For the price id recommend for short or long term stays. The biggest problem is the parking. Parking is difficult for a truck because the one assigned spot doesn't allow room to open doors. Also, there are far more unassigned compact parking spots than unassigned regular spots and small cars like to take the big spots. The noise isn't terrible but you can hear talking sometimes and if there is base in a stereo system you can hear that too. Overall it is nice.

Omar, the Maintenance guy is one of the nicest gentlemen I've ever met and I've seen a few in my life as I'm a retired HS teacher and Coach. Ben, the Garbage Recycle guy is another great guy and such a hard worker. You have a great staff here. Thanks so much.
